How much does data recovery cost?
From €79 to €1,500 excl. VAT on average, depending on complexity. The drive diagnosis costs €79 excl. VAT and the quote is free.
What should I do when a drive fails?
Stop using it and do not try to repair it yourself: each new attempt lowers the chances of getting the files back.
How do I get my device to you?
Drop it off at the workshop, 24 Rue du Bon Repos in Manosque, or send it by Colissimo or Chronopost, packed in bubble wrap and a box. Shipping to us is at your expense; the return is charged at €15 excl. VAT.
